Q: What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal.


Q: Do you store my credit card information?
Customer's credit card information is a big liability. Our system and payment gateway is made so that no credit card number is stored in our system. Once the customer enters the number, we DO NOT and WILL NOT keep it in our server or system.


Q: Do you take fax or over the phone orders?
We do not take orders by fax or phone, you can only place orders online. At anytime while placing an order if you need any help please feel free to contact us through e-mail or live support.


Q: Do you charge a sales tax?
All orders placed by customers located in the State of Illinois are subject to tax. State of Illinois has a state sales tax of 6.25%. All other 49 states and international countries are NOT subject to any tax.


Q: What is your Coupon Code Terms?
You can use one coupon code per day. Multiple transactions per day are allowed but only one coupon code can be applied.

Q: What should I do if my payment is not getting accepted?
Please try a different form of payment or you can contact us by phone, email or live support chat.


Q: Do you have a minimum purchase order required?
No we do not. You can purchase any amount.


Q: What countries do you ship to, do you ship international?
We do ship international. Please check Shipping Info page for an updated list of countries we ship to.


Q: What method of shipping do you use?
We use USPS and/or UPS depending on your location. Also, we provide expedited delivery at an additional charge. Please check Shipping Info page for more detailed information.


Q: How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?
Once your order is processed it will take 1 to 2 business days to ship.


Q: How long does shipping usually take?
If you are located in USA shipping time will take 3 to 5 business days. For all other countries shipping will take 5 to 7 business days.


Q: If I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
You will not be able to change the address once you submit your order online but you will need to notify us immediately by e-mail or live support chat so we can change it for you.


Q: How can I check the status of my order?
You can login to your account and check your order history which is updated to show the status or your order. You can also contact us via email, phone or live support chat.


Q: What do I do if there is an error while placing an order?
Please log out and retry your order. If you still get the same message please contact us.


Q: I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?
Please click on the forgotten password link and enter in your email address you used to register your account and your temporary password will be emailed to you.  Once you receive your password, please change it to something you can remember.  If you have trouble, please service@mirashan.com.
