30-DAY RETURN POLICY:
We are very confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER:
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your item(s):

  1. Contact service@mirashan.com and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.  Please reference your Order Number, Item Number, and Item Description. Once you send this information to us we will respond with a RMA number. Please use our RMA Form to return the merchandise back to us.
  2. Print the RMA Form, and fill it out completely. Please write your RMA Code on the RMA Form and on the outside of the shipping box on the front of the package so that it is clearly visible.
  3. Send your return item(s) with all original packing materials and the original invoice to us by an insured carrier and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

  4. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition & authenticity of the returned item(s).
  5. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 7 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS:

  • RMA must be opened for all damaged items within 24 hrs.
  • RMA must be opened for all other Returns/Exchanges within 30 days, given the item(s) are in new condition.  The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.   
  • Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
  • We charge 15% restocking fee for each item returned. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. If order qualified for “free shipping and handling”, a $7.50 fee will also be deducted. Customer is responsible for shipping the return and all costs. 
  • Customer is also responsible for paying the shipping costs to ship the new exchanged product(s).
  • All returns must be accompanied by the RMA Form and Original Invoice.
  • Item(s) for exchange must be postmarked (shipped) within 5 days of RMA# authorization
  • If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. This charge will be deducted from the credit applied to your account.

JEWELRY DISCLAIMER:

Fashion jewelry, also known as costume jewelry is commonly made from less expensive materials. Fine jewelry is more expensive and also can cost you a lot to repair it, but costume jewelry is much easier to take care of and repair. Caring for your accessories regularly and knowing what to avoid will allow you to enjoy your new jewelry longer. Most of our jewelry is handmade, please be aware that there may be slight imperfections with the stone settings. Since most of the products have intricate handwork, each jewelry piece requires extra care. Please refer to our jewelry care page for more information.
