1. The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections and also in "FAQ", please read our FAQ, privacy policy and our returns policy before placing an order.
2. This website is operated in Illinois, USA by Mira Shan®.
3. Even though MiraShan.com shall try to deliver the products as per the details/specifications given on the order form by the user, it reserves (in it's absolute discretion) a right to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond it's control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery.
4. Even though MiraShan.com shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from MiraShan.com. Every order is delivered as per specifications of the product mentioned online.
5. Mira Shan® shall take due caution at the time of delivery to deliver the product to the correct person at the address on the order form, but disclaims any responsibility for claims, damages, and/or compensation.
6. If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.
7. This site is owned by Mira Shan®. No material from this site or any other web site owned, operated, controlled or licensed by Mira Shan® and/or associates or sister concerns may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, downloaded, uploaded or in any other manner for commercial use or otherwise without written permission of Mira Shan®. Violation of this condition is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights of Mira Shan® and/or their associates or sister concerns or affiliates.
8. The products/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and MiraShan.com disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent. MiraShan.com does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall MiraShan.com be liable for any loss of data, lost profits or any damages whatsoever including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered in the site. Not with standing the foregoing, in no event shall MiraShan.com be liable to the user for any or all damages, losses, and causes of action including but not limited to, negligence or otherwise exceed the amount paid by the user to MiraShan.com for that specific service/product.
10. All prices are inclusive of cartage, service charges, packaging and all other costs involved with the process of ordering and delivering. All the taxes and customs if applied are not included in the invoice value.
11. Return Policy:  We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. In such cases when your ordered item is damaged during transit or wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of item is made within 24 hours from the receipt of the package. Such request is to be made by getting in touch with customer care by sending an email to service@mirashan.com a and giving the reference of your Order Number, Item Number, and Item Description. Once you send this information to us we will respond with an RMA number. Please use our RMA form to return the merchandise back to us. On receipt of your parcel back to us we will send you the same item, given the same item is in stock.
12. Jewelry Disclaimer:  Fashion jewelry, also known as costume jewelry is commonly made from less expensive materials. Fine jewelry is more expensive and also can cost you a lot to repair it, but costume jewelry is much easier to take care of and repair. Caring for your accessories regularly and knowing what to avoid will allow you to enjoy your new jewelry longer. Most of our jewelry is handmade, please be aware that there may be slight imperfections with the stone settings. Since most of the products have intricate handwork, each jewelry piece requires extra care. Please refer to our Jewelry Maintenance page for more information.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We are very confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS:

• RMA must be opened for all damaged items within 24 hrs.
• RMA must be opened for all other Returns/Exchanges within 30 days, given the item(s) are in new condition.  The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.   
• Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
• We charge 15% restocking fee for each item returned. 
• Shipping charges are not refundable. If order qualified for “free shipping and handling”, a $7.50 fee will also be deducted. Customer is responsible for shipping the return and all costs. 
• Customer is also responsible for paying the shipping costs to ship the new exchanged product(s).
• All returns must be accompanied by the RMA Form and Original Invoice.
• Item(s) for exchange must be postmarked (shipped) within 5 days of RMA# authorization
• If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. This charge will be deducted from the credit applied to your account.
